Our yogic tradition, “Natha Siddha,” proposes following a path based on developing our latent capacities as a means to achieve self-realization.
Many siddhis (powers or abilities) remain latent or underdeveloped in most human beings. Siddhis develop as the individual matures as a human being.
Obstacles such as dietary habits, tendencies, and behaviors can intoxicate us and hinder the manifestation of siddhis. Through the practice of kriyas (cleansing actions), we aim to clear, remove, and sweep away these obstacles.

It is a simple method to learn and apply, accessible to anyone regardless of age or physical condition. The first phase of Ayur Yoga Diksha practice is Sadhana Krama. This meditation involves receiving an initiation and learning the sacred techniques of Ayur Yoga to awaken self-transformation, improve health, and guide us toward conscious well-being.
The next phase is Sadhana Kala, followed by Shakti Path, which consists of 8 initiations and practices, one for each chakra.
You receive the “diksha” or energy transmission from the Master or their authorized disciple and learn the practice, which must be performed for at least 21 consecutive days.
Each practice includes mudras (gestures), dharana (concentration exercises), simple physical movements, pranayama (management of vital energy), meditation, and other tools. Those who have practiced the seven siddhis are eligible to receive the eighth initiation, a synthesis of cleansing all chakras. With practice, greater progress and fullness are achieved across all spheres.

The siddhis (abilities) intended to be developed in these seven initiations are:

It is not necessary to take all of them; each person chooses the one they feel is necessary or completes all seven, with no specific order, starting with the one that resonates. Tradition refers to those agreements a community deems worthy of becoming an integral part of its customs, values, beliefs, and knowledge. In Yoga, we understand that a school, method, or practice is traditional when it has been proven effective over centuries or millennia, generation after generation of practitioners. The master is the representative of that tradition, ensuring a faithful transmission of the teaching, preserving its essence while adapting it appropriately to those who receive it.
May you, with constancy and dedication, achieve Eternal blessings
